Refund Policy

We want you to love your Aura Eye purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact us at store.auraeye@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store.auraeye@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
